Hello Scrappy Friends !!

The New Year is here and now it’s time to start making healthy choices and to get moving more  , so in honor of all of us ready to get a new start with a new year I am making this card of congratulations to all the Scrappy Girls ready to get started .I am using the Power Walkers from Art Impressions …
Power walkers 010

This is a single layer card that I did some masking on and some ink splatters for the card to look like lots of depth

first I color my image with copic markers

Power walkers 001

copic colors used

cpoic colors used on Pwoer walkers 002 next I mask off my image with this masking paper ( sorta like a big sticky note and it peels up without harming the image  , my local Scrapbook factory store carries this now and so does JoAnns on line ) ,. so stamp image on this masking paper and cut out and lay over image ( I use to use card stock to mask but you get about a 1/4 gap around the image with it because CS is thicker )

here I stamp over my masked image with ink splatters

finished card , the colors I chose the use on my power walkers are local school colors here in Nashville ..lol
