Ai challenge Newspaper

Hello Ai Fans !!
I love a challenge and when I saw newspaper challenge  I could not wait to get started , I was also excited to try the Brick Shoppe window sku # 3538 and the Sewing Shoppe sku # 3514 , I have never tried these yet and could not wait to get started I was even dreaming up my design in my sleep ( this happens alot when I am excited to start something new , yes I design in my sleep and get up and create ..lol ..  I have done this for years , now you know my sickness ..hehe ).
this is going to be a long post as I am going to walk you thur the process , first I stamped my dress form and masked it off ( I used  Elmer’s re- positional glue stick )  , I do not have a stamp a ma jig so I made one out of Lego’s ( Zoe wont miss them )and I use plastic from my box the dies come in , stamp on them and it wipes off , yep I always save where I can
now that I have all my main images stamped I decided I wanted more of a brick wall so I used my Copics  W5 the chisel  end to create more bricks and used my American Crafts precision pen 03 to do the line work on the bricks , I also added clouds  using Pan Pastel chalk and a scallop punch I punched from the plastic
now the coloring  with my copic markers has begun , and the image comes to life
my card base is a normal A2 size  with 2 layers added I cut off  1 inch on the edge
my new paper I am using is from the Thanksgiving paper , had to use the colorful and crafty add ..hehe
I am going to make a 2 layer ruffle to add on the side I cut an inch off , I cut 1″ strips and scallop punched them and used SU Baja breeze ink to sponge on the edges
I then ran them thru the crinkle crimper , I did 4 strips to make sure I had enough
I used score tape and laid down 2 layers , hand gather as to attach to a 11/2″ strip of matching base cardstock
once I got this far I decided to add even more bricks , loving how it is coming together ( just like my dream ..hehe )
inside my card I used Tim Holtz Sewing room dies , dress form and on the edge die , I added more ruffles to my dress forms and viva pearl pen pearls , the sewing edge die started out al the same color and I colored and added twine and jute , the silver  was a SU marker  Stampin dazzle in silver , I used a sentiment from the Sew Shoppe collection sku # 3514
I added a newspaper flower  created from a 7/8″ circle punch and pink shimmer mist
I added a banner up at r the top to turn it into a birthday card Happy Birthday sku # E3578

SUPPLIES : Sewing Shoppe sku # 3514 , Brick Shoppe window sku # 3538 , Happy Birthday sku # E3578, TH Sewing edge die , TH Sewing Room die , SU dazzle marker in silver , SU baja breeze ink , copic markers , newspaper , 7/8: punch , SU  scallop edge punch , bakers twine , jute twine , viva pearl pen , SU natural cardstock Pan Pastel chalk in Phthalo Blue tint

Thank for stopping by to see how I made this creation , happy scrappin ..
