Hello Scrappy Friends !!
It’s Crystal here and today I have several cards I made with Lawn Fawns Love you Tons stamp set and the Teresa Collins You make me Happy paper collection ,these made perfect pairing when making these cards they just kept flowing … Let’s get started….
CARD ONE
to get this look I used the Tim Holtz Splatter stencil and Pool party SU ink and Calypso coral SU ink and sponged the stencil , added twine ,I used corrugated to make banners and stamped the elephants on paper and die cut them out
CARD TWO
to get this look I die cut an oval window , I used the tiny heart stamp in the set and did some generation stamping ( stamp 3 times from each inking of the stamp so it gets lighter each time you stamp) , I added stickles in diamond on the hearts here and there , on the fold of the card i punched a hole on the fold so I could thread thru my twine , I paper pieced the elephants and added some grounding
CARD THREE
the photo frame is from the paper collection , more generation stamping of the hearts , the banner is twine and washi tape that I double over the twine and fork cut the tails
inside I used some borders from the paper collection and washi tape , I added stickles to my hearts
TIP : when you buy a paper collection you usually get an insert on the from showing all the paper prints in the collection , do not throw this away , if you have small images like the elephants its perfect print size for the image , my elephants were paper pieced from this insert , see where I stamped my elephant ( dots and floral ) and how that print is perfect for them.
CARD FOUR
my flower was and extra from the scrapbook page layout yesterday , so this card was born ..
inside my card
Well that is it for today , come back tomorrow I will have a tutorial on making roses out of ribbon from Ribbons Unlimited Inc , until then make time to get scrappy, make something that makes you smile : )
