It’s Crystal here and today I am making a card for a happy couple using the Smooching Al and Betty Lou . The image is copic colored and then the window layer is water colored splattered and spritzed with a pearl shimmer mist I added a heart speech bubble die cut and then used the heart knockouts and added some sequins and then the die cut congrats ..
