Friday With Flair …Unity challenge

Today’s card was made for a Unity Friday With Flair Challenge  , anything goes it just has to be Unity stamps you use .The stamps I used today for this card came out of my April 2012 Kit of the Month , I chose to use the poppies and the sentiment ” wishing you Joy”. This card has lots of layers and Yes I will give you the measurements so you can recreate with you own ideas .
MEASUREMENTS : card base is a
5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ base in black
5 1/4″ x 4″ cream
5″ x 3 3/4″ black
4 3/4″ x 3 1/2″ cream
center strip
3 1/2″ x 3″ black
3 1/2″ x 2 3/4″  pattern paper
1/2″ x 3 1/2″ black center strip
banner strips ,  fork tip
1/2″ x 1″
vertical strip
1 1/2″ x 3 3/4″ black
1 1/4″ x 3 3/4″ cream
vertical banner with fork tip
1″ x 4 3/4″ black
3/4″ x 4 3/4″ SU River Rock
circle die was used  2 1/4″ for cream layer , to get the black layer I used my stylus to trace around the outside and then cut with scissors ,stamp poppies in the cream layer
sentiment banner in River Rock is  3/4″ by 2 1/4″ fork tip the end
seam binding ribbon with a vintage brad
 inside
5 1/4″ x 4″ cream
5″ x 3 3/4″ black
4 3/4″ x 3 1/2″ cream
I stamped the poppies inside too
I think you can turn this card into a Birthday , Anniversary , wedding so many things , I love to have cards on hand that all I need to do is stamp a greeting and I am done , this card will fit the bill .
Have an 8UpScrapin Day : )
