Hello Ai Fans !!
I am back today with a great Christmas card , I have been in the mood to make them and Christmas will be here before you know it !!
The stamp I am using today is Faith Angel sku # T4178 and the sentiment Great Joy sku # G4176.
This is an open Bi-fold door card , 8 1/5 ‘ x 5 1/2 ” , score at 2 1/8″ and 6 1/4’ , so you will end up with two doors at 2 1/8″ wide , cut a front flap base of 3″ by 2 1/2″ , I made a kraft layer 1/4″ smaller and then I made my own music note paper with a SU music note wheel stamp , I then inked the edges with TH frayed burlap ,
my ribbon is SU Cherry Cobbler and the ferns are a die I found here LR0181 , my Angel is colored with Copic markers and I embellished the wings with diamond dust , I used glossy accents glue to hold it on .
I want to share a new technique to me , I used my copic markers on my sentiment stamp , i colored half my saying in black and the other half in R89 dark red , then you take your blender pen and lay down a layer of blender pen on your paper where you want to stamp your sentiment , now stamp it , with the magic of the blender pen the ink will come off onto the paper and leave a crisp non smeared image behind , hope you try this and love it as much as I do
